Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) is the only state-owned telecom company is Bangladesh. Since its conversions to a public limited company, it has taken many steps to grow the business as well as service. Therefore they have created lots of new jobs. BTCL will recruit 70 newly graduated engineers as assistant managers and 100 more as junior assistant managers. The salary for Assistant Manager will be made according to 9th grade of National Pay-scale 2015. The pay grade Junior Assitant Manager is 10th. Although these are not government jobs the salary structure is almost same as the goverment employees.
BTCL Job Circular 2017 Candidate Requirements
All the candidates must be citizens of Bangladesh. The maximum age is 30 years old on 01 Jun 2017; for freedom fighter quota 32 years. Minimum age is 18 years old on 01 Jun 2017.
To be eligible for Assitant Manager a candidate must have completed graduation in EEE/CSE/TE/ECE/ETE with minimum CGPA 3.00. In SSC/HSC level a candidate must have minimum GPA 4.8. In Diploma Engineering level minimum CGPA must be 3.2.
To be a Junior Assitant Manager a graduation in EEE/CSE/TE/ECE/ETE with minimum CGPA 3.00 is a must. In SSC/HSC level a candidate must have minimum GPA 4.2 out of 5.

All the applicants must apply online through btcl.teletalk.com.bd or www.btcl.com.bd between 01 Jun 2017 and 12 Jun 2017. Applicants must submit application correctly. BTCL will not accept an incorrect/incomplete application.

- Visit Teletalk webpage for BTCL.
- Select your desired post name and fiil up the application form.
- Upload your photo and scan copy of your signature. Make sure the dimension is correct according to BTCL job circular.
- Submit your application. You will be given an applicant copy and User ID. Print it and save your user ID somewhere.
- Pay the application fee using your user ID. Use the SMS format described in BTCL job circular.
